We support and recommend a Train-the Trainer approach, we do however realize that this may not be the best scenario for all companies and we will therefore create a specialized training plan to meet your company's exact needs.
We offer training at your various locations or in our state of the art facility at FDM4 International Inc. complete with a dedicated training room.
When at all possible we like to have the individual(s) who give your company the initial training to also provide you with the hot-line support after you go live. This gives your software support person first hand knowledge of you operations and staff.
