- FDM4 uses an integrated third-party package called VSI-FAX.
- Fax a document from within FDM4 and print a copy for your files
- Faxing of the following documents:
- Quotations
- Invoices
- Statements
- Purchase Orders
- RMAs
- A fax can also be resent because it is stored in a log file until you choose to delete the log file
- It allows you to customize cover pages for any document type and automatically generate a cover page when you are faxing
- The cover page can also be individualized with the appropriate customer or vendor information
- Allows you to send faxes to many locations at any time of the day or night without having to individually handle them
- VSI-FAX allows a user to prioritize faxes:
- Panic (Highest Cost & Priority)
- Rush (Highest Cost)
- Evening (Low Cost)
- Overnight (Lowest Cost)
